THIS VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER BECAUSE IT DID NOT CONFORM TO THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND THE NONCONFORMITY WAS NOT CORRECTED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME AS PROVIDED BY LAW. ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS AND ADJUSTMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE AND THE VEHICLE MEETS ACCEPTABLE OPERATING STANDARDS.

Correction: Replaced transmission 
 

In an effort to promote customer satisfaction VW Credit bought the vehicle back from the original owner. The transmission was replaced by VW under warranty and issue resolved to factory specs. No accidents and full VW factory warranty to June 2026.
