Cause: Faulty starter generator and negative terminal battery cable
Correction: Replaced starter generator and negative battery cable
In an effort to promote customer satisfaction Audi Of North America/VW Credit bought the vehicle back from the original owner. The starter generator and battery cable were replaced by Audi, and issue resolved to factory specs. No accidents and full Audi factory warranty to May 2026.
